Fees and Payments
Some services require payment. All fees will be clearly disclosed before you commit to a service. The origination fee for funding is 9% and is only charged after you get funded.
No Guarantee of Funding
While we work diligently to help clients become funding-ready and secure capital, we cannot guarantee funding approval. Approval is subject to creditworthiness, business viability, and lender requirements.
Limitation of Liability
Good 4 The People is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for violation of these terms or for any reason at our discretion.
